We urge the European Commission and relevant stakeholders to integrate serial and offsite NetZero retrofitting into core EU strategies, including the Green Deal, Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI), policy guidelines, and the New European Bauhaus. By supporting MATs and early-stage market development in EU Member States, Europe can significantly accelerate the achievement of its building sector climate targets
